Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy Traveling Construction Laborer to join our high-performance team.

Job Responsibilities
100% Travel Availability: Must be readily available to travel for the full duration of work assignments; this is a 100% travel position.
Site Support: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring the crew has the tools and supplies needed for success.
Execution & Assistance: Follow instructions from crew leaders and assist fellow crew members with various tasks to keep projects on schedule.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Company and OSHA Safety Standards, including the correct and safe use of all machinery and equipment.
Site Maintenance: Perform thorough site clean-up and reload leftover materials promptly after completing job assignments.
Traffic & Safety Support: Act as a spotter for vehicles and heavy machinery as required to ensure a safe work zone.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Site Supervisor and crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Physical Capability: Must be physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 80 lbs. regularly.
Environmental Resilience: Ability to work under inclement weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
Experience: Prefer at least one year of prior experience in the construction field is required.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate small machinery is a plus.
Certifications: OSHA 10 and other related safety certifications are a plus.
Professionalism: A strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently as part of a larger team.
